Annie Boysworth

Annie Boysworth, 83, of Albemarle, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Stanly Gardens of Memory. At other times, the family will meet at the home of her son, Gerald, 516 McGill St. Albemarle. Annie was born on October 23, 1929, to the late Martin Grady Deese and the late Ann Catherine Deese. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Giles Boysworth; and a son Thomas Boysworth. She is survived by four sons, Jeff Boysworth of Fort Mill, Ronnie and wife Lisa Boysworth of Oakboro, Gerald and wife Lynn Boysworth of Albemarle and Danny and wife Colean of Albemarle; two daughters, Debbie Boysworth of Ansonville and Sofrana Jones of Athens, GA; fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Boysworth family.
