Amanda Gail Crute Walker

Amanda Crute Walker, 37, of Concord, NC passed away on Sunday June 14th, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.

Amanda was born on September 19th, 1988 in Durham, NC to Mark and Beverly Crute.

Amanda was preceded in death by Clynton Sammie Crute, Emily Oakley Crute, Bryant Lee Monk, Sandra Marie Loftis Crute and Lance Loland Walker.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:15pm on Friday June 26th, 2026 at Hartsell Funeral Home located at 460 Branchview Dr. SE Concord, NC 28027. The funeral service will follow at 12:30pm and will be officiated by Pastor Doug Agnew.

Survivors include her loving husband, Lee; their children, Leighton and Cade; her parents, Mark and Beverly Crute; her brother and sister-in-law, Andy and Allison Crute, and their soon-to-be son; as well as beloved family members Clint Crute, Becca Crute, Brianna Crute, Laurie Walker, Drew Walker, and Abby Walker.

Amanda grew up in Hurdle Mills, NC and was a bright, wonderful child who enjoyed telling her younger brother Andy what to do. She was raised in the Baptist faith and accepted Jesus Christ as her lord and savior at the age of 12. She went to college at UNC-Greensboro and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She then moved to Charlotte and spent her career working in the corporate meetings & events industry with both BCD and First Agency where she earned a reputation for her strong work ethic and compassionate leadership

Outside of work, she was a social butterfly, a loving mother and wonderful wife. Lee fell in love with her fun spirit and her love of music, which matched his own. Together, they built a love story with a soundtrack all its own-filled with every genre and, of course, a little extra Taylor Swift. Amanda married Lee in 2015 and together they built a life filled with sarcasm, laughter, and love. She was happiest watching anything with Bobby Flay on Food Network and playing with Leighton and Cade, seeing the excitement of life through their eyes. Amanda will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will honor her by blasting Taylor Swift, making fun dinners, and carrying her love with them always.
