Walter Spivey

Walter "Ray" Spivey Jr. 52, of Concord, NC passed away Monday, July 22, 2019.

Ray was born March 3, 1967 in Brandon, VT to the late Walter Ray Spivey Sr. and the late Mary Mazeau Spivey.

Survivors include his loving wife of 13 years, Cynthia Ann Spivey of Concord, NC; stepdaughter Amanda Linker and husband Jacob; grandson Logan Linker and granddaughter Amelia Linker; beloved dog, Charlotte; as well as sister Priscilla Coleman.

Ray was employed at WalMart from 1995 to 2012.  He was an avid researcher who loved studying many subjects.  Ray had compassion for animals and often preferred them over people.  He will truly be missed by his loving family.
