Stephen 'Fuzzy" Baucom

Steve "Fuzzy" Baucom, 58, of Oakboro, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Baucom was born February 16, 1961 in Mecklenburg County to the late Homer Thomas Baucom and the late Willie Jean Edwards Baucom.

Fuzzy, was a good southern rock loving, redneck, rebel who loved to have a good time with friends. He would give his shirt and last cent to someone in need. He always thought about family and friends.

The memorial service will be on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson.

Survivors include sister, Jean Smith and husband Donnie of Albemarle; brother, Tom Baucom of Albemarle; and niece, Kimberly Alligood of Charlotte.
