Rebecca was born August 9, 1988 in Richmond City, Virginia to the late Elton Arnold Snapp and Karen Elaine Snapp.
A Memorial Service will be at 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 12, 2020 in the Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel
Survivors include mother, Karen Elaine Snapp, sisters, Rachael Snapp, Raven Snapp, and Robin Forsythe.
