Rebecca Galloway

Rebecca Maggie Galloway, 81, of Mount Gilead, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at  her home.

Mrs. Galloway was born November 30, 1936 to the late Robert Lee and Mary Elizabeth DeBerry. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daugther, Beverly Kay Galloway; sisters, Ruth Adkins, Joella Reynolds and brothers, Lynn Arlee, and Dave DeBerry. Rebecca loved to travel and regularly enjoyed nature while she worked in her garden.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 6:45 pm, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Glenn Roger Galloway of Mount Gilead; sons, Terry Lee Galloway of Mount Gilead, Tommy Lynn Galloway and wife Karen Kidder of South Bend, IN; grandchildren, Jennifer Logidice, Mark Logidice, and Angela Logidice; great-grandchildren, Mark Jr, Michael, David, Bryson, Mckayla, Abygail, Destiny, and Kaylee.
