Marcus Aistrop

Marcus Lee Aistrop, Sr., 56, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Mark was born September 4, 1962 in North Carolina to the late Marcus Henry Aistrop and the late Virginia Henderson Aistrop.

Mark was a competitor by nature. A the early age of 8, he was competing and winning in Go-kart racing. Go-karts led him to Drag Racing which he excelled and found his true passion. Mark was very talented with a charismatic charm, and a heart of gold.

Loving father to Jr. and a great friend to many. He will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends from 10am -11am at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on March 16, 2019. The funeral service will follow at 11 am in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Survivors include son, Marcus L. Aistrop, Jr.;brothers Darryl and Bobby Aistrop.
