Hope Preston

Hope Diane Preston, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Hope was born January 28, 2019 in North Carolina to Nathan James Preston and Angela Burns Preston. In the two weeks of Hope's life, she touched the lives of those who knew and prayed for her. Hope was feisty from birth and fought hard for each day she stayed with us. She gave her parents the most beautiful gift of time to love and hold her the day before she left to be with the Lord. Hope was loved more than her family can express.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord. The graveside service will be on Saturday at 3:00 pm at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens in Concord officiated by Rev. Michael Field. Burial will follow at the Cabarrus Memorial Gardens at 3892 Hwy 73, Concord.

Survivors include mother, Angela Burns Preston of Concord, NC, father, Nathan James Preston of Concord, NC, big sister, Eloise Preston, grandparents, Donald and Susan Burns of Concord, NC, grandmother, Debra Preston of Wake Forest, NC, and numerous extended family members.
