Henry Lisk

Henry F.  Lisk, 90 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Lisk was born June 30, 1927 in Stanly County to the late William Burton Lisk  and the late Mamie Wilhoit Lisk. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Henry was a local renowned and talented bluegrass musician. He has played on "The Arthur Smith Show" and has accompanied Bill Monroe.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include sons, Roger Lisk and wife Jane,  Danny Lisk, and Tim Lisk; grandchildren,  Brandy Lowder and husband Brandon, William Lisk and wife Nicole, Benjamin Lisk and wife Shannon,  Dustin Lisk and wife Courtney, and Autumn Lisk; great grandchildren, Jeslyn Lowder, Tinlee Lowder, Emerson Lisk, Sydney Lisk, Jackson Lisk, Jameson Lisk, William Henry Lisk, Lucy Lisk, Jaylen Gonzalez and Ava Gonzalez, and brother, Vernon Lisk and wife Boyd.
