Frances Carpenter

Frances Poplin Carpenter, 94, of Concord, NC, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.

Frances was born June 7, 1925 in Albemarle, NC to the late Van Cooper and the late Estelle Cooper.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Boyce Blair Poplin; brothers Bill, Bryce, Clarence and Colon Cooper; and sister Louise Rushing.

Survivors include her daughter, Joy Poplin Johnston of Concord, NC; sister Sarah Burleson of Albermarle, NC; uncle George Carpenter of Albemarle, NC; and sister in law Jenelle Cooper of Salisbury, NC.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
