Debra (Debbie) Kaye Whitley, 60, of Albemarle, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Debbie was born June 9, 1958 in North Carolina to the late Roy Colon Cook and the late Virgie Louise Cook.

The family received friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle.
