Darcy Carlton, Jr.

Darcy Monroe Carlton, Jr., 43, of Monroe, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018.

He was born May 23, 1974 in Charlotte.

Those left to carry on Darcy's legacy include three daughters, Kirsten Francell Carlton, Karis Marie Carlton, Boo "Kaylan" Rain Carlton, all of Mebane; father, Darcy (Vicki) Carlton, Sr.; mother, Becky (David) Henderson Cootes; sister, Shanna (Moose "Mike") Semones; two nieces, Aubrey and Shelby Semones; Nanny (91), Alice Henderson; and his four-legged best friend, Sea-Sea.

The funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Hopewell Baptist Church, Legacy Campus, 420 Hopewell Church Rd., Monroe, with Rev. Dr. Lee Pigg officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm, prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
