Anna Lee Hawes Earnhardt, 72, of Marshville, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe.

Anna was born January 11, 1949 in Rose Hill, North Carolina to the late William Brantley Hawes and the late Linda Carr Hawes. She was also preceded in death by daughter, Amelia Lee Earnhardt.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Philadelphia Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow and is officiated by Dr. Carey Snellings. Burial will follow at the Jerusalem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at Route 2, Polkton.

Survivors include loving husband of almost 53 years, James Max Earnhardt of Marshville, NC, daughters, Lisa (Rwany) Sibaja, Janice (Tim) Finein; grandchildren, Isabella Sibaja, Roman Sibaja, Patrick Finein, and Eleanor Finein; brother, George E. Hawes; and sister, Lois L. Wellons.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110.
